Melbourne, AR – Authorities are asking for the public’s help after a mother and her two young children were reported missing in Izard County on Sunday night.
According to the Arkansas State Police, Nannette Ralph, 31, along with her children, Scarlette Rose Talley, 5, and David Roy Talley, 10 months, were last seen around 7:45 p.m. on September 14, 2025. The family was believed to be inside a 2004 gray Ford Explorer near J Bar J Road outside Melbourne. The vehicle bears Arkansas license plate AR 367694.
Ralph is described as an Asian/Pacific Islander female, 5 feet 4 inches tall, weighing 200 pounds, with black hair recently shaved to about half an inch. She was last seen wearing a dark-colored shirt. Scarlette is described as an Asian/White female, 3 feet tall, weighing 50 pounds, with brown hair. David is described as an Asian/White male infant, 1 foot 6 inches tall, weighing 15 pounds, also with brown hair. Clothing descriptions for the children are unknown.
Police say the situation meets criteria for a Missing/Endangered Advisory. Authorities are urging anyone with information on the family’s whereabouts to call the Izard County Sheriff’s Office at (870) 368-4203.
