COVID-19: Nearly 20,000 now infected in Illinois

Illinois officials announced this afternoon 81 new deaths since the start of the COVID-19 outbreak, bringing totals to 677 deaths Statewide.  1,293 new cases were announced today, bringing state totals since the outbreak to 19,180 across the State of Illinois.
