State Representative Lindsay Parkhurst (R – Kankakee) invites constituents to participate in a roundtable forum before the General Assembly reconvenes for the Spring Session.
“This past year, I hosted two roundtables to hear the ideas of the 79th District to make Illinois better. One before the Spring Session and the other before Veto Session. These ideas turned into bills in the General Assembly in the past. I am happy to reach out once again to hear ideas directly from the 79th District,” Rep. Parkhurst said.
The roundtable is January 16th from 4:30 pm to 6 pm in Rep. Parkhurst’s District Office at 370 E. Court St. in Kankakee. Rep. Parkhurst will be available to listen to constituent ideas to introduce new legislation benefiting the 79th District and Illinois for the spring legislative session. For constituents who wish to submit their ideas, but are unable to attend, a submission box is available at www.repparkhurst.com.
