The conditions in the affected areas are expected to be favorable for the rapid spread of wildfires due to low relative humidity, dry fuels, and strong winds. Southwest winds of 15 to 20 mph with gusts up to 35 mph are expected. The relative humidity may drop to as low as 20 percent.
