New City of Kankakee Police Chief Welcome reception, Next Monday

Members of the public are encouraged to join the City of Kankakee and States Attorney Jim Rowe next Monday, August 26^th at 5pm on the 4^th Floor of the Kankakee Public Library for a Welcome Reception for City of Kankakee’s new Police Chief, Frank Kosman.
