The city of Kankakee welcomed two, new police officers during this week’s city council meeting. Patrolman Jonathan Golden and patrolman Mario Martinez proudly stood beside Mayor Chasity Wells-Armstrong as Kankakee police chief, Frank Kosman, introduced them before the council.
