Fullerton, CA – A manufacturing facility in Fullerton is set to shut down later this year, leaving dozens of workers without jobs as part of a planned closure by Veritiv Visual.
According to a WARN notice shared by WhatLayoff, the company will lay off 46 employees at its facility located at 1600 E Valencia Drive, with the cuts taking effect Wednesday, June 24, 2026. The notice indicates the layoffs are tied to the permanent closure of the site.
The Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification (WARN) Act requires employers to provide advance notice of significant layoffs or plant closures, giving workers and local officials time to prepare for the economic impact. The filing did not outline whether affected employees will be offered relocation opportunities or severance packages.
Veritiv Visual, a division of Veritiv Corp., specializes in visual communication materials, including signage and graphics used across industries. The Fullerton site has been part of the company’s broader production network in California.
Local officials have not yet publicly commented on the closure, but workforce development agencies typically step in following WARN notices to assist displaced workers with job placement services, retraining programs, and unemployment resources.
The closure reflects broader shifts within manufacturing and print-related industries, where companies have increasingly consolidated operations or adjusted to changing demand and digital alternatives.
Employees impacted by the closure are expected to receive additional information directly from the company in the coming months as the June deadline approaches.
