Fort Worth, TX – North Texas will experience above-normal temperatures early this week, but a weak cold front will bring cooler conditions by midweek. Highs will start in the mid-80s to low 90s, while lows will gradually drop into the 50s as the front approaches.
According to the National Weather Service, temperatures will peak in the mid-90s on Wednesday before the front moves through, bringing cooler air to the region. By Thursday, overnight lows will settle into the mid-50s to low 60s, offering some relief from the warm weather. Highs will remain pleasant, ranging from the mid-80s to low 90s.
The cooler trend will continue into Friday and Saturday, with similar low temperatures in the mid-50s expected in the mornings. Despite the cooler mornings, daytime highs will still reach the upper 80s, maintaining comfortable weather for the weekend.
North Texas residents should be prepared for a slight cooldown, especially in the mornings, but can expect dry and mostly sunny conditions to persist throughout the week. The weak front approaching the Red River will bring just enough cooler air to make outdoor activities more enjoyable as the week progresses.
