According to a statement from the Willow Springs Police, Arcos-Rosas, who is Hispanic, stands 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighs 140 pounds. She was last seen wearing a green jacket, black T-shirt, red tank top, light blue jeans, and white Nike shoes. Arcos-Rosas has a distinctive chipped front tooth and brown hair. She suffers from a medical condition that classifies her as endangered.

Authorities emphasize the urgency of finding Arcos-Rosas due to her medical condition.
