According to the National Weather Service Buffalo, the region will see temperatures in the low 70s today, with showers expected to affect about 40% of the area, including Buffalo. Temperatures are forecasted to rise slightly throughout the week, with highs reaching into the low 80s by Wednesday and Thursday under mostly sunny skies.
As the week progresses, the chances of showers will increase again, with Friday expected to bring more widespread rain. The region could see up to a 55% chance of showers by Friday afternoon, bringing some relief to the mild conditions earlier in the week.
Residents in and around Buffalo should prepare for the cooler start to the week but can look forward to more typical summer weather by midweek.
