Rensselaer, IN – State Road 110 will be temporarily closed for seal coating operations starting on Monday, July 29. A scrub seal, similar to a chip seal treatment, will be applied. This involves placing asphalt emulsion and crushed rock on the pavement surface. The process includes using brooms at different angles, eliminating the need for a fog seal treatment.
