Los Angeles, CA – A warming trend is expected to continue across Los Angeles this week as cloudy mornings give way to sunnier afternoons and temperatures gradually climb into the 80s by early next week.
According to the National Weather Service, overnight conditions Tuesday into Wednesday will remain cloudy with lows near 58 degrees. By Wednesday afternoon, skies are expected to gradually clear with highs reaching around 73 degrees across East Los Angeles and surrounding metro communities.
Patchy fog is expected during the overnight and early morning hours through Friday, especially near coastal and low-lying areas. Forecasters say conditions should improve by midday each day with mostly sunny skies returning during the afternoons.
Temperatures are expected to remain steady in the mid-70s Thursday through Sunday, creating favorable outdoor conditions across Southern California. Winds are forecast to remain generally light throughout the period.
The warming trend intensifies early next week. High temperatures could rise to around 79 degrees Monday before reaching the mid-80s by Tuesday across parts of the Los Angeles Basin.
No significant rain chances are currently in the extended forecast, and travel conditions across Southern California are expected to remain favorable through the weekend.
