Sunday stays bright but brutally cold. Highs barely reach the low teens, offering little relief. The wind eases slowly, but cold stress remains a concern through the afternoon.

Looking ahead, the pattern finally loosens. By Monday, sunshine returns with highs near 18 degrees. A gradual warming trend follows through midweek, with temperatures climbing back into the 20s and lower 30s. By late week, February hints at moderation rather than mercy.
