Austin, TX – Texas authorities are asking for the public’s help in locating a 22-year-old fugitive wanted in connection with a capital murder case in Collin County, with a reward now offered for information leading to his arrest.

According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, Hassan Haitham Muhsen of Frisco has been wanted since April 24, 2026, after allegedly cutting off his ankle monitor while out on bond. Officials say Muhsen had previously been released on a $1 million bond following a robbery and shooting incident reported in McKinney in January 2025.

DPS has designated Muhsen as this month’s featured fugitive and is offering up to $11,000 for tips that lead to his capture. Authorities say he is considered dangerous, and anyone who may see him is urged not to approach but to contact law enforcement immediately.

Investigators have released multiple images to assist in identification, including a frontal photo and images showing distinguishing tattoos on his neck and behind his ear.

According to DPS, tips can be submitted anonymously, and reward eligibility requires that information be provided through official channels. Officials did not release additional details about the capital murder case but emphasized the urgency of locating Muhsen.

Law enforcement agencies across North Texas continue to coordinate efforts as the search remains ongoing.
