NBA is expected to sign off on second bubble in Chicago for ‘non bubble’ teams. The bubble would host eight teams not invited to the Florida bubble at Disney and serve as a mini-training camp.
Among those teams would include the Chicago Bulls.
The camp would start in September. NBAPA still needs to sign off on the plan. The training camp would sign off in September.
The NBA is closing in on signing off on a second “bubble” in Chicago for the eight teams that were not invited to play in Orlando, enabling mini-training camps and subsequent games against other clubs with a target date of September, sources tell ESPN’s Jackie MacMullan.
