Green Bay, Wisconsin – Snow, sleet and freezing rain are creating slick road conditions across central and northeast Wisconsin this morning, with ice and up to 5 inches of snow expected before noon Friday.

According to the National Weather Service in Green Bay, a Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect until noon CST for much of the region, including Marathon, Shawano, Waupaca, Marinette, Oconto, Door, Lincoln, Oneida and Vilas counties.
