Milwaukee, WI / Gusty winds up to 50 mph will sweep through southeast Wisconsin today, creating hazardous conditions for residents and drivers.
According to the National Weather Service, a Wind Advisory is in effect from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday, covering Milwaukee, Racine, Kenosha, and surrounding counties. Southwest winds of 20-25 mph are expected, with gusts reaching up to 50 mph in some areas. Residents should secure loose outdoor objects and exercise caution on roads, particularly along I-94 and I-43, where high-profile vehicles may face challenges.
Temperatures will rise to a high of 43°F today but drop to 23°F tonight under partly cloudy skies. Tuesday’s forecast calls for calmer weather, with partly sunny conditions and a high near 42°F. Winds will remain mild at 5-15 mph. Looking ahead, warmer temperatures are expected midweek, peaking at 49°F on Thursday before rain chances increase.
