Will County, Illinois Fireworks Guide: Where to Celebrate Independence Day 2025

Will County, IL – Residents across Will County have a variety of options to enjoy Fourth of July festivities this week, with fireworks shows scheduled in multiple towns on both Thursday and Friday evenings.

According to the official Will County events map, the celebrations begin Thursday, July 3, with several towns hosting fireworks displays. Plainfield will launch fireworks at 9:15 p.m. at 24120 W Fort Beggs Drive, while Romeoville’s show begins at 9:30 p.m. at 300 S. Highpoint Drive. Lemont will kick off its celebration at 4 p.m. at 16050 W 127th St, with fireworks scheduled for 9:30 p.m. Lockport is offering a show at Dellwood Park between 8:30 and 10 p.m., and Mokena will host festivities at Maon Park from 4:30 to 10:30 p.m.

On Friday, July 4, more options await. Naperville’s Community Fireworks Show begins at 9:30 p.m. at 3380 Cedar Glade Road. Joliet residents can catch their show at 3000 W Jefferson Street, also at 9:30 p.m., while Tinley Park’s celebration runs from 4 to 10 p.m. at 16801 S 80th Avenue. Frankfort will host fireworks at 9:15 p.m. following a 7 p.m. park opening at Main Park, 200 S Locust Street. New Lenox wraps up the regional festivities with an earlier event from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Village Commons.

  • Beecher – 9:30 p.m. at Fireman’s Park
