Joliet, IL – In the aftermath of a tragic crash that killed two Joliet residents, the identities of the victims have been released. The Will County Coroner’s Office identified them as Walter Kretzler III, 65, and Roxane Holt, 59. The incident occurred early Sunday morning at the intersection of Black Road and Infantry Drive when their vehicle was struck and rolled over onto a fire hydrant.

Joliet Police confirmed that while he was detained, he has not been charged at this time. However, officials state that charges are still possible, pending the ongoing investigation. The decision not to immediately charge the teen is reportedly due to the potential for additional charges as more information becomes available.
