Spokane, WA – The National Weather Service in Spokane reports that a cold front will move through the Inland Northwest late Sunday into Monday, bringing rain, breezy conditions, and mountain snow.
The heaviest precipitation is expected across southeast Washington and the central Idaho Panhandle, with lighter rainfall across the Spokane area. Mountain passes such as Stevens and Snoqualmie could see 2–3 inches of snow, while strong southwest winds (30–40 mph gusts) are expected early Monday, particularly over the mountains and southeastern Washington.
Conditions will turn cool and breezy through Monday afternoon, with lighter precipitation tapering off later in the day. Travelers heading across mountain passes should prepare for slippery conditions and reduced visibility.
