Grand Rapids, MI – Western Michigan residents can expect increasing clouds and warm temperatures today, with highs reaching up to 86 degrees. The US National Weather Service in Grand Rapids reports that many locations will top the 80-degree mark. Late in the afternoon and into the evening, a few showers or thunderstorms may start to move in from the southwest.

According to the National Weather Service, today’s temperatures will range from 79 to 86 degrees, with clouds building throughout the day. Tonight, there is a chance of showers as temperatures drop to around 68 degrees.

The extended forecast for Western Michigan indicates a mix of weather conditions. On Monday, the high will be around 85 degrees with a 45% chance of showers. Tuesday follows with similar conditions, highs near 84 degrees, and another 45% chance of rain.

Wednesday is expected to be partly cloudy with temperatures climbing to 88 degrees, providing a brief respite from the rain. However, the rain chances return on Thursday and Friday, with both days seeing a 45% chance of showers and highs of 85 and 81 degrees, respectively.

Looking ahead to next weekend, Saturday promises clear skies and sunshine, with temperatures reaching a comfortable 84 degrees. This mix of sun, clouds, and rain will keep residents prepared for varying weather patterns throughout the week.
