West Bend, WI – Wisconsin Green, LLC has filed a conditional WARN notice indicating that up to 59 employees could be laid off as the company considers the possible closure of its West Bend facilities.

According to a notice submitted to the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development on Friday, July 17, 2026, the company has not made a final decision regarding the future of its operations at 2030 and 2035 Stonebridge Road in West Bend. However, officials said a permanent closure or significant workforce reduction remains under consideration.

The company described the filing as a conditional notice required under Wisconsin’s Business Closing and Mass Layoff Law. Officials said the notice reflects the possibility of a plant closing or mass layoff while the company continues evaluating alternatives.

If the facilities ultimately close, the company said operations would cease and approximately 59 employees could lose their jobs. Based on current planning, the earliest anticipated separation date is Wednesday, July 22, 2026, with additional layoffs or a full plant closure potentially occurring on or about Friday, Sept. 18, 2026.

The notice states that positions potentially affected include production, maintenance, shipping, customer service, truck driving, quality control, design, project management, management, executive leadership, and other manufacturing-related roles.

Company officials emphasized that the filing represents a worst-case scenario and that efforts to evaluate alternatives to a closure are ongoing. No final decision regarding the future of the facilities has been announced.
