Vincennes Driver Faces Felony Charges Following Orange County Impaired Driving Incident

Orange County, IN – A Vincennes man was arrested Sunday after a single-vehicle crash in rural Orange County. Brady J. Tucker, 33, was taken into custody for operating a vehicle while intoxicated (OWVI) and other charges.

Indiana State Police Trooper Noah Ewing responded to the crash near French Lick. According to police, Tucker showed signs of impairment and was transported to IU Health Hospital in Paoli for a chemical test. After receiving medical clearance, Tucker was taken to the Orange County Jail, where he remains in custody on bond.

Tucker is facing a Level 6 felony for OWVI (prior offense) and warrants out of Martin County. These warrants include charges of criminal confinement, a Level 6 felony, and conversion, a Class A misdemeanor.

Trooper Ewing made the arrest with assistance from the Orange County Sheriff’s Office. Tucker will face multiple charges in court as investigations continue. Police remind the public that all criminal defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
