Dallas, TX – North Texans can expect a mild and sunny Valentine’s Day, but shifting winds and rain chances may impact weekend plans.
According to the National Weather Service, Friday’s high will reach 54°F with mostly cloudy skies. A gentle southeast wind will keep conditions comfortable, but by Friday night, a 20% chance of rain will develop as temperatures drop to 48°F.
Saturday’s forecast calls for a high of 72°F with a slight chance of rain before noon. However, gusty afternoon winds up to 30 mph could affect outdoor activities. Saturday night will be much colder, with lows falling to 26°F.
Sunday will bring sunshine but cooler temperatures, with a high of just 44°F. Winds will remain brisk, shifting east overnight as temperatures drop into the 20s again.
Looking ahead, rain chances return Tuesday, with a high near 58°F. Plan for changing conditions and stay weather-aware through the holiday weekend.
