The heaviest rain is anticipated Thursday night into Friday morning. Additionally, isolated severe storms, including a few tornadoes, could develop Thursday afternoon.
Thursday morning may see some breaks in the rain, but wet conditions are expected to persist throughout the day. The rainy weather could affect Fourth of July plans, so residents are advised to adjust outdoor activities accordingly.
For Thursday, the Twin Cities will experience temperatures ranging from 65°F in the morning to 76°F in the afternoon, with a 65% chance of rain.
