The heaviest rain is anticipated Thursday night into Friday morning. Additionally, isolated severe storms, including a few tornadoes, could develop Thursday afternoon.

Southern Minnesota and western Wisconsin can expect similar conditions. Friday’s forecast shows temperatures dropping to a high of 58°F with continued rainfall. The weekend brings a respite from the storms, with partly cloudy skies and temperatures in the upper 50s on Saturday and Sunday.
