Peotone, IL – Travelers along I-57 now have a new lodging option as the Holiday Inn Express in Peotone officially opened its doors this week near the Wilmington-Peotone Road interchange.
According to a statement shared Monday by the Village of Peotone and Village President Chris Vieux, the hotel is located at 413 S. 88th Avenue and is positioned just off exit 327, making it a convenient stop for motorists traveling through northeastern Illinois.
The newly constructed hotel features modern accommodations and amenities including free breakfast, a fitness center, pool, EV charging stations, and on-site parking. It’s also a smoke-free, pet-friendly property where kids eat free—designed to serve both families and business travelers alike.
The Village praised the development as a valuable addition to the local economy and encouraged residents to help spread the word. “We wish the Holiday Inn Express great success in the years ahead,” the Village posted on its official Facebook page.
Check-in begins daily at 3 p.m., with check-out at 11 a.m., and the minimum check-in age is 21. Guests may make reservations by calling 1-888-HOLIDAY or contacting the front desk at 1-708-792-7575.
The hotel is expected to serve as a key convenience for visitors attending local events or passing through the region along I-57, one of Illinois’ busiest north-south travel corridors.
