St. Clair County, MI Drug Bust: Man Arrested With 60+ Grams of Meth

St. Clair, MI – A St. Clair man is facing felony drug charges after investigators seized more than 60 grams of suspected methamphetamine during the execution of a search warrant earlier this week, according to the St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office.

According to the St. Clair County Drug Task Force, detectives executed a search warrant on Monday, July 20, 2026, at a residence in the 1300 block of Cedar Street in the City of St. Clair. The operation was conducted as part of an ongoing narcotics investigation and was assisted by the sheriff’s office Special Response Team.

During the search, investigators said they recovered more than 60 grams of crystal methamphetamine, along with scales and other materials commonly associated with the sale of illegal narcotics.

Authorities identified the suspect as Gregg Osebold, 41, who was taken into custody at the scene.

According to the sheriff’s office, Osebold was arraigned on Thursday, July 23, 2026, in 72nd District Court. Bond was set at $100,000 cash/surety with a 10% provision.

Osebold is charged with:

  • Possession of Methamphetamine With Intent to Deliver (Felony)
  • Maintaining a Drug House (Felony)

The investigation remains ongoing, and authorities have not announced whether additional arrests are expected.

The charges against Osebold are allegations, and he is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
