Paducah, KY – A mild weekend is ahead for the Paducah area after a cool Friday, with temperatures expected to rise steadily over the next few days.
According to the National Weather Service, Friday will see highs in the upper 50s, but by Saturday, temperatures will begin to climb, reaching the low 60s. By Sunday, most of the region will experience temperatures in the mid-70s.
Though isolated showers could occur today, the best chance of rain is not expected until next week. The weather will remain mainly dry through the weekend, making it a good time for outdoor activities.
The warm trend will continue into next week, with temperatures reaching the low 70s by Monday. However, the chance of rain will increase starting Tuesday, with showers expected to be more likely through the middle of the week.
Residents are advised to take advantage of the dry, sunny weather before next week’s rain arrives.
