Milwaukee, WI – Warm and sunny conditions are expected across Southeast Wisconsin today, with highs ranging from 79 to 83 degrees. Westerly breezes will accompany the mild temperatures, making it a perfect day for outdoor activities.

A significant weather change is on the horizon, though. On Sunday morning, a cold front will sweep through the region, bringing gusty north winds that could reach speeds of up to 25 mph near Lake Michigan. This cold front will lead to a noticeable drop in temperatures, with highs expected to range between 72 and 75 degrees. Overnight lows will dip into the 47 to 54-degree range, marking a cooler start to the week.

According to the US National Weather Service in Milwaukee/Sullivan, high pressure will settle in following the cold front. This will ensure cool, dry, and calm conditions throughout early next week. Monday’s highs will remain in the lower to mid-70s, with warmer overnight lows near the lake. The trend continues into Tuesday, with highs reaching 74 to 78 degrees.

Residents are advised to prepare for the temperature shift and enjoy the last warm day of the weekend.
