Joliet, IL – Authorities are intensifying their search for 17-year-old Carson McCarty, who has been missing since January from Joliet. Carson was last seen in the 1600 block of Washington Street. She is described as 5’6” tall, weighing 130 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
Authorities have received multiple reports of potential sightings near Larkin and Jefferson Streets in Joliet. Additional reports have placed her in unincorporated Lockport and near Princeton and Luther. An acquaintance mentioned that Carson might be in Northwestern Indiana.
The Will County Sheriff’s Office received information about Carson’s disappearance in May. Despite ongoing efforts, locating her has proven unsuccessful. The Sheriff’s Office is now urging the public to help with any information on Carson’s whereabouts.
