The City of Kankakee will open both lanes on South Schuyler Avenue for Memorial Day Weekend. Barrels will be placed along the west curb line. The northbound lanes of the 100 and 200 blocks of Schuyler will be closed beginning Tuesday, May 28, 2019. The southbound lanes will remain open while the east side of Schuyler Avenue remains under construction.
