Skokie, IL – A school bus crashed into a home near Howard Street and Lowell Avenue on Friday afternoon. Authorities requested three ambulances to the scene.
All passengers exited the bus safely, and no life-threatening injuries were reported at the time of the incident. According to witnesses, the bus collided with the house Friday afternoon. Local police officers, paramedics, and firefighters responded quickly.
Eyewitnesses reported seeing the bus struck by a silver car before hitting the residence, but the cause remains under investigation. Additional medical personnel arrived, and first responders treated several individuals at the scene.
