Pueblo, CO — Warmer weather is in the forecast for the Pueblo area on Friday, bringing a mild day before cooler temperatures and potential snow move in for the weekend. With highs nearing 56 degrees, Friday promises sunshine along the I-25 corridor, creating ideal conditions for travel and outdoor activities.

According to the National Weather Service in Pueblo, temperatures are set to peak along I-25, with nearby areas potentially reaching the 60s. However, a change is expected by late Sunday when cooler air and light snow could affect portions of southeast Colorado. Locals are advised to prepare for colder temperatures starting Sunday evening, especially those planning travel into higher elevations.

The upcoming five-day forecast shows a mostly sunny weekend in Pueblo, with Saturday reaching a high of 54 degrees. By Sunday, however, the high is expected to drop to around 51 degrees, with nighttime temperatures plunging to the mid-20s. There’s a 10% chance of snow showers Sunday night, increasing to a 20% chance by Monday morning as a weather front moves into the area.

Looking ahead, Monday’s high is forecasted at 53 degrees, with a slight chance of rain or snow early in the day. Temperatures will continue to dip on Tuesday, with highs only reaching the low 40s, and possible snow showers returning in the morning hours.
