Pontiac, MI – The National Weather Service in Detroit, Michigan, has issued the weather forecast for Pontiac and surrounding areas into the Memorial Day weekend, highlighting generally dry conditions with above-average temperatures through Friday.

According to the forecast, temperatures will reach highs between 78 and 82 degrees today, with low humidity and plenty of sunshine. Friday will see similar temperatures, ranging from 74 to 83 degrees, with partly cloudy skies.

The weather pattern shifts on Friday night, bringing a chance of showers and thunderstorms that will persist into early Saturday. Saturday’s temperatures are expected to be between 74 and 82 degrees, with a 20-40% chance of morning showers.

Sunday will also carry a 20-40% chance of thunderstorms, with temperatures slightly cooler, ranging from 71 to 77 degrees. The Memorial Day forecast indicates a 40-50% chance of showers and thunderstorms, with highs between 68 and 73 degrees.
