Philadelphia, Pennsylvania – Drivers along I-95 are dealing with reduced visibility early Saturday morning as areas of fog, locally dense, drop visibility below one mile in parts of the region.

According to the National Weather Service in Mount Holly, the fog is concentrated along and north of the I-95 corridor and will gradually lift by late morning, giving way to improving conditions and mild afternoon temperatures. Highs will reach the upper 50s to low 60s across southeastern Pennsylvania, South Jersey, and northern Delaware.

Cities including Philadelphia, Trenton, Wilmington, and Reading will see decreasing cloud cover through the afternoon before high clouds return later in the evening. Shore areas like Atlantic City and Cape May will remain slightly cooler, with highs in the mid-50s.

Conditions turn more active by late Sunday, with showers and a few thunderstorms expected to move in after 6 p.m. Roads along I-76, I-295, and the New Jersey Turnpike could see wet conditions during the evening hours.

Drivers should use low-beam headlights during fog this morning and allow extra travel time. Additional advisories may be issued as rain and storm chances increase heading into Sunday night.
