State College, PA – A winter weather advisory remains in effect for central and southern Pennsylvania, with snowfall expected to create hazardous travel conditions through early Wednesday morning.

According to the National Weather Service, Bedford, Fulton, and Somerset counties will see 2 to 4 inches of snow between 11 a.m. Tuesday and 7 a.m. Wednesday. Further east, Adams, Cumberland, Franklin, Lancaster, and York counties can expect 1 to 3 inches of snow beginning at 2 p.m. Tuesday.

The snow is likely to impact both the Tuesday evening and Wednesday morning commutes. Officials urge drivers to slow down and use caution as slippery road conditions develop.
