New Freedom, PA – In a bold overnight heist, thieves stole a drive-thru ATM from a Truist Bank on Susquehanna Trail South, shocking local residents and raising security concerns. The theft occurred early Monday, when two suspects used a stolen skid-steer to rip the ATM from its foundation.

The suspects fled the scene in a black Ford F450 truck with Maryland plates, also reported as stolen, along with a black coupe and two utility trailers. Surveillance footage captured the ATM being removed at approximately 1:47 a.m., leaving a trail of debris in the aftermath.

Later, authorities discovered the abandoned truck, ATM, and trailers near Baltimore, Maryland. Police believe the suspects may be connected to similar crimes in the region, adding urgency to the multi-state investigation.

The investigation is ongoing as authorities work to bring those responsible to justice.
