Orland Park, IL – The Valor Express, a mobile museum honoring Medal of Honor recipients, will make a stop in Orland Park. Residents are invited to explore this unique traveling exhibit on Saturday, November 16, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Carl Sandburg High School.
The Valor Express, part of the National Medal of Honor Museum, tells the stories of extraordinary bravery shown by Medal of Honor recipients. The mobile museum highlights accounts of courage and determination, offering visitors a chance to reflect on the sacrifices made by these American heroes.
The Orland Park Veterans Commission and Veteran’s Voices collaborated to bring the Valor Express to the community. According to organizers, the bus provides an immersive experience, allowing visitors to learn about Medal of Honor recipients without traveling to the permanent museum.
