Orland Park, IL – Will County is calling on residents of Orland Park to share their experiences and thoughts on local trail use. As part of the county’s “Our Way Forward 2050” long-range transportation plan, a new survey has been launched to gather feedback on how the community utilizes the trails. The survey aims to understand which trails are most popular, how frequently they are used, and what improvements residents would like to see.

According to the Village of Orland Park, the survey results will help guide future investments in trail infrastructure, focusing on enhancing safety, connectivity, and overall accessibility. The survey also seeks input on potential barriers that may prevent residents from using the trails as a primary mode of transportation, such as maintenance issues, safety concerns, or lack of amenities.

Residents are encouraged to participate by completing the survey before the August 30th deadline. Feedback gathered will play a crucial role in shaping the next phase of Will County’s trail development and transportation strategy.
