According to the National Weather Service, Monday will bring scattered showers in the morning and a 40% chance of additional rain by evening. Temperatures will reach a high of 51°F, cooling down to 41°F overnight. Patchy fog is expected late Monday night into early Tuesday, reducing visibility for drivers along I-5 and other major roadways.
By Tuesday, the chance of rain increases to 90%, with periods of steady showers expected throughout the day. Temperatures will reach 53°F before dropping to 42°F overnight. Rain will continue into Wednesday, with highs near 49°F.
A cold front moving through the region will lower snow levels, with flakes possible at elevations as low as 2,200 feet by Wednesday night. Thursday will bring continued rain, with snow levels dropping to 1,500 feet by evening.
