Tulsa, OK — Light showers across southeastern Oklahoma are expected to clear by this afternoon, making way for sunnier skies and rising temperatures across the state. Isolated rainfall, impacting areas like McAlester and Hugo, will taper off as an upper-level disturbance moves out of the region.

According to the National Weather Service, rain totals will remain below a tenth of an inch. Most rainfall should end by midday, with skies clearing from north to south. Starting Thursday, Tulsa will experience mostly sunny skies with highs near 90°F, marking the beginning of warmer days for the region.

The sunny, dry conditions will persist into the weekend, with temperatures staying in the upper 80s to low 90s through Tuesday. The Tulsa area can expect nighttime lows in the upper 50s to mid-60s, offering cooler evenings following the warmer daytime temperatures.

These conditions make for a pleasant weekend, perfect for outdoor activities. Rain chances are minimal in the coming days, and temperatures will remain consistent across northern and western Oklahoma.
