Wilmington, OH – Residents of the Ohio Valley can expect a slight rise in temperatures today, though conditions will remain cooler than usual for this time of year. The National Weather Service (NWS) in Wilmington reported that while Saturday will see higher daytime temperatures, the overall dry weather pattern is set to persist.

According to the NWS, today’s high temperatures will range from the mid-80s, with areas such as Wilmington reaching up to 86°F. Other cities like Cincinnati and Dayton are expected to hit 88°F and 87°F, respectively. Nighttime lows will be cooler, dipping into the upper 50s to mid-60s across the region, providing some respite from the daytime heat.

The upcoming week shows a mix of sun and clouds, with temperatures continuing to hover below the seasonal average. Sunday’s high will be around 83°F, followed by a cooler Monday with a high of 80°F and a 45% chance of rain. The chance of rain decreases to 30% on Tuesday, with temperatures reaching 82°F.

From Wednesday through Friday, expect mostly sunny skies with highs consistently in the low to mid-80s. Overnight lows will remain in the 60s, maintaining the pattern of cooler nights.
