Glens Falls, NY – Parts of eastern New York and southern Vermont are under a Frost Advisory through 6 a.m. Monday, as overnight lows fall to near-freezing levels.

According to the National Weather Service in Albany, temperatures will bottom out around 33°F across Northern Washington and Warren counties, including Glens Falls and Cambridge. Vermont communities such as Bennington and Brattleboro should also prepare for frost formation overnight.

Sensitive outdoor plants are at risk if left uncovered. Residents are encouraged to bring potted plants inside and cover garden beds with protective fabric.

The advisory will lift by early Monday morning, with a gradual warming trend expected later this week. Gardeners should delay planting sensitive crops until after this cold snap.
