New Lenox, IL – State Representative Anthony DeLuca will host a Veterans Appreciation Picnic on Friday. The event will take place from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Harry E. Anderson VFW Post 9545, located at 323 Old Hickory Rd.
According to the flyer, veterans residing in the 80th District will receive a free lunch. The event will feature games, prizes, raffles, and dessert. Veterans from Bloom Township in the 80th District who need transportation can contact Rep. DeLuca’s office for arrangements. Attendees are encouraged to RSVP by contacting the district office.
