Epping, New Hampshire – A Friday night DUI saturation patrol across New Hampshire’s seacoast led to eight arrests and more than two dozen citations, following nearly 100 traffic stops conducted by state troopers.

According to New Hampshire State Police, the enforcement took place from Friday evening through early Saturday morning, August 16, 2025. Troopers from Troop A focused on major corridors in Rockingham County and sections of Route 16, also known as the Spaulding Turnpike.

The patrol effort was supported by the New Hampshire Office of Highway Safety and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, allowing for expanded officer deployment and vehicle checks.

Troopers conducted 98 vehicle stops in total, issuing 27 citations related to various motor vehicle violations. In addition, eight individuals were arrested on charges ranging from DUI to drug possession and reckless driving.

Among those arrested was 35-year-old Emily E. McCredy of Amesbury, Massachusetts, charged with driving under the influence. Also arrested for DUI was Johnny Marin Cedeno, 28, of Manchester.

Other arrests included Vitor Peixoto, 41, of Hudson, Massachusetts, for license-related violations, and Christopher M. Loomis, 53, of New Durham, who faces multiple charges including operating without a license and inspection failures.

Three residents from Warren, Maine, were arrested on various drug and alcohol-related offenses, including Travis E. Cline, 45, and Richard A. Rytky, 62. Chelsea E. Reed, 39, was charged with transporting open alcohol and controlled substances.

Troopers also arrested 21-year-old Nicaury Sanchez Correa of Lawrence, Massachusetts, for reckless operation.

New Hampshire State Police say similar enforcement efforts will continue and are urging all drivers to avoid impaired driving and make safe choices behind the wheel.
