Omaha, NE – Nebraska residents can expect a mix of weather conditions over the coming days, with cooler temperatures and periods of rain. A few showers and thunderstorms could linger through this morning, with clouds decreasing by the afternoon. Highs today will range from 71 to 77 degrees.

According to the US National Weather Service Omaha/Valley Nebraska, below-normal temperatures will persist into early next week. Friday will bring partly cloudy skies with temperatures between 72 and 76 degrees. Saturday will be mostly clear, with highs reaching 72 to 77 degrees and lows dropping to 48 to 55 degrees.

Rain chances return on Sunday and Monday, with scattered showers and thunderstorms expected. Sunday will see highs between 74 and 79 degrees, while Monday will have temperatures ranging from 76 to 81 degrees. The overnight lows for both days will be in the mid-50s to low 60s.

The air quality index remains good, with a rating of 36. Winds will be light, blowing from the northwest at 4 mph with gusts up to 9 mph. Residents are advised to stay updated on weather conditions, especially during the periods of rain and thunderstorms.
