Montgomery County, TX – Deputies with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office West Command allegedly arrested a man Tuesday following a swift response to a reported burglary along FM 149.

According to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, deputies were dispatched to the 7000 block of FM 149 after reports of a burglary in progress. Multiple patrol units converged on the area, where officers located a man inside one of the property’s buildings.

Authorities identified the suspect as David Snoe, 31, who was taken into custody without incident. During a search related to the arrest, deputies allegedly found a glass pipe and approximately 2.7 grams of methamphetamine, officials said.

A follow-up interview reportedly led to a full confession from Snoe, according to investigators. He has since been booked into the Montgomery County Jail, charged with Burglary of a Building and Possession of a Controlled Substance.

The sheriff’s office credited the rapid response of District 4 deputies for the swift resolution of the case.
