Memphis, TN – Heavy rains from Tropical Storm Francine are expected to impact the Memphis area starting today and continuing through Saturday. Local authorities have issued a flood watch and wind advisory as the storm moves north, with rainfall totals predicted to reach 4-6 inches in some areas. Sustained winds of 20-25 mph, with gusts up to 50 mph, are also anticipated, posing additional risks.
