Ypsilanti, MI – A 25-year-old man from Washtenaw County died Thursday after allegedly being shot and later found at Trinity Health, prompting a homicide investigation in Ypsilanti.
According to the Washtenaw County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded at approximately 7:45 p.m. to reports of a male subject being treated for gunshot wounds at Trinity Health. The man, whose identity has not yet been released, later succumbed to his injuries. Investigators learned that the alleged shooting possibly took place on Ecorse Road near Michigan Avenue in Ypsilanti.
